Admission is free of charge for all visitors.
The Memorial Plaza is located between 16th and 17th Street on Benjamin Franklin Parkway in Philadelphia. The site is located just a few minutes from City Hall and across the street from Love Park.
The Plaza is accessible via the Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority (SEPTA). We are located approximately 900 feet from the 15th Street Station. This station can be directly accessed via the Market Frankford Line and the Trolley Lines.
If you’re driving, you can use a GPS or navigation app to guide you to the intersection of 16th Street and Benjamin Franklin Parkway. Make sure to input the correct address “16th Street and Benjamin Franklin Parkway, Philadelphia, PA 19103” into your navigation system. Metered street parking is available in the vicinity. For nearby parking garages, head to the Love Park Garage at 1590 Arch Street or Windsor Suites Garage at 110 N. 17th.
If you’re already in Old City or Center City, you can walk to 16th Street at Benjamin Franklin Parkway. The Parkway is a 1-mile-long thoroughfare that runs from Love Park to the Philadelphia Museum of Art and is home to Philadelphia’s most prominent museums, cultural institutions, and public art installations.
